Come Visit, Shop and Learn at MGC’s Fall Harvest Marketplace at
Millis Annual Firemen’s Muster

Millis, Mass., The Millis Garden Club is proud to participate in the Millis Annual Firemen’s Muster on Saturday, September 9 from 10 am – 3pm, Town Park, off 900 Main Street (Route 109), Millis. Join us under the tent for the 2nd Annual MGC Fall Harvest Marketplace, where you’ll be able to buy fudge, cakes and cookies and pies made by some of the best bakers in town, including prize winning baker Tress Downs. We’ll also offer hand-made products from our gardens, such as salsa, jams, jellies, sweet pickles, herbal medicinal salves and more. Come meet the Pot-People – adorable figures made from terra cotta pots, each with their own personality and ready to take home to sit on your front step or on a bale of hay. Proceeds from the Fall Harvest Marketplace benefit civic beautification projects in Millis. Special Event! Take a chance to win handcrafted Fall decorations, created by our members. Proceeds from this raffle support the new MGC Scholarship Fund to be awarded Spring 2007. This annual scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior who plans to study horticulture, landscape or floral design.

While your shopping at our Marketplace, stop by our Educational Booth to learn more about using gardening products that are safer for both you and the environment.
